Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kolli Herbs and Spices. We currently deliver our products across India. Please read our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and tracking.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post, Blue Dart, and other trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery across India.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, natural disasters, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Any applicable delivery fee will be shown before payment is completed.
- Free shipping offers, if available, will be displayed on the website from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order by logging into your customer account on our website, where applicable.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected serviceable pin codes and may be subject to order value restrictions.
7. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment shows no tracking updates for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery failures, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude the original shipping charges.
8. Packaging
Our spices, herbs, honey, ghee, and other food products are packed using food-grade, tamper-evident packaging to maintain freshness and product quality during transit.
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us immediately and refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
